Deliveries overseas:

We regularly help overseas customers with orders.

Please place your order as usual and we'll contact you to let you know if any additional delivery charges are due - above the default overseas shipping charges of £12.95 inside Europe and £17.95 outside Europe.

You may cancel your order if the additional cost is too high.

Or, drop us an e-mail to sales@atelier-home.co.uk with your postcode/zip code with details of what you'd like to order and we'll let you have a delivery price, depending on weight, size and where it's going to.

Smaller items like clothing usually incur no extra charges, but heavier, larger items will incur an additional charge.

Customs/taxes/duties may be payable on your parcel - these are due to be paid by you directly to your tax authority.

Please note that we are unable to offer any insurance cover on breakable items such as ceramics and glass as our courier does not provide cover on such items - we will pack them with care, but they are shipped at your own risk.

*Small parcels under 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail @ £12.95 for a 3-5 working days International Tracked and Signed for Service within Europe and £17.95 outside Europe.  For heavier parcels, please see supplements below.

Heavier items are shipped using Parcelforce International. There may be exceptions to these charges, but we will be honest and transparent about any surcharges and only charge a maximum of the actual shipping cost.
